Trusted Balkan Apparel Code of Conduct

  1. Employment in the company is a free choice, employees may voluntarily accept the employment or refuse or leave the job with advance notice according to the legal deadline.
  2. Employees have the right to collective association and to form a trade union. Company management has an open attitude towards collective association and is always open to cooperation.
  3. Working conditions are safe and hygienic.
  4. There is no abuse of child labor in the company.
  5. The company pays salaries and other allowances to employees on time. Employees receive a clear overview of the remunerated funds as well as the contributions paid on their behalf. The amount of salaries and allowances is in accordance with the legal recommendations.
  6. Working time is in accordance with national law and overtime is voluntary. The wages paid for overtime are 35% higher than regular wages.
  7. There is no discrimination in employment, termination or retirement on the grounds of nationality, religion, age, disability, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.
  8. Cruel and inhumane treatment of employees such as physical abuse, threats, verbal abuse, intimidation, etc. is prohibited.
  9. We ensure that our suppliers, partners, and subcontractors comply with national regulations and adhere to ethical principles as far as possible
