2^nd TRAINING EVENT ON

“CLOTHING DESIGN, PATTERN MAKING AND PRODUCTION PLANNING”

Held in North Macedonia, Strumica, 3 – 4 May 2023

The second training organized by the Textile Trade Association – Textile cluster within the “Fashion Employment Hub” project was on the topic of “Clothing design, pattern making and production preparation and planning”.  The event took place on 3 and 4 May 2023, in Strumica, North Macedonia.  The training was intended for young fashion designers and students.  The aim of this two-day training was for the young staff in the textile sector to get closer to the concepts of pattern preparation, modeling in 3D design software, as well as familiarization with the technical aspects of production preparation (calculation of production time, production capacity). After completing the training, the young staff will be able to recognize the stages in the creation of a conceptual sketch and template of the clothing, and to calculate the parameters needed for the technical preparation of the production.
