“NEW FASHION TRENDS AND COLLECTIONS - CREATIVE DEVELOPMENTS IN CLOTHING DESIGN AND PRODUCTION PREPARATION”

Textile Trade Association – Textile cluster within the “Fashion Employment Hub” project organized the third planned training on the topic of "New Fashion Trends and Collections - Creative Developments in Clothing Design and Production Preparation.  Training was held on 13 and 14 of September 2023, in Prilep, North Macedonia.  The aim of this two-day training was to introduce young fashion designers to the concepts of 3D fashion design and modelling, various software solutions used in 3D fashion design, the importance and use of avatars, as well as introduction to the technical aspects of production preparation through 3D design of clothing construction and cutting patterns.  After completing the training, young designers and entrepreneurs will be able to recognize the stages in the making of sketch design and clothing pattern, and become familiar how 3D design software can be used in fashion design and pattern making.
