👕♻️ Textile Cluster, as a project partner, participated in the VERDEinMED Final Conference “Advancing a Circular and Sustainable Textile Sector”

On 13 March, the VERDEinMED Final Conference was held at Thessaloniki Town Hall, bringing together key stakeholders from the textile sector, including representatives from European institutions, regional and local authorities, research centres, and industry actors.

As a project partner, Textile Cluster actively contributed to the exchange of knowledge and experiences aimed at advancing circularity and sustainability within the textile sector in the Mediterranean region.

The conference showcased the main achievements and results of the VERDEinMED project, highlighting innovative solutions, sustainable practices, and opportunities to accelerate the transition towards a circular textile economy.

The event featured keynote contributions from leading European and international organisations, including the European Commission EU Science Hub – Joint Research Centre, Textile ETP, Fashion for Good, and other relevant institutions.
