On 28 June 2028, an online targeted matchmaking meeting was successfully organized between MISSION4WATER partners TTA-TC and HEIS, together with two textile companies from North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The participating companies brought valuable expertise from different segments of the textile value chain, including underwear manufacturing, garment production, textile waste recycling, and environmental innovation. During the productive two-hour meeting, the partners explored opportunities for collaboration and successfully redefined the scope of the innovative call.

As a result of the discussions, the partners successfully refined and redefined the scope of the innovative call, generating several promising project concepts focused on sustainable textile solutions and circular economy approaches. The meeting laid the foundation for future collaboration and highlighted the importance of combining industrial expertise with innovative environmental practices.

In the coming months, further communication and coordination activities will be carried out to align the partners, develop the project ideas, and prepare the next steps for the application process.

This initiative marks an important milestone in strengthening cross-border cooperation, fostering sustainable innovation within the textile industry, and raising awareness among producers and consumers about environmentally responsible alternatives.
