TTZ- Textile cluster together with association PROEXPORT from ALBANIA and cluster FAXT from Serbia held a B2B event in Tirana, Albania on October 14, 2022 which was organized as part of the Albanian international fair Conf Expo 2022. The B2B event was organized as part of the USAID EDGE project Open Balkan initiatives, and aimed to maintain competitiveness and initiate cooperation between companies from the Balkan region and beyond.

The event had a ceremonial opening with a speech by the representatives from the associations of Albania, North Macedonia and Serbia and all countries had a presentation about the textile and clothing sector in their country.

In this B2B event was presented companies from the textile sector from each of the three partner countries in the project, as well as representatives from educational institutions from all three countries. The event was attended by representatives from two foreign agencies from Germany and England, who had B2B meetings with the managers of the three partner associations in the project in order to connect their members with clients from England and Germany that they represent, as well as B2B meetings with representatives of companies participating in the event in Tirana from North Macedonia, Serbia and Albania.

The companies from the 3 partner countries had B2B meetings with each other with the aim of joint cooperation, and had the opportunity to be part of the fair as visitors and to meet and meet the exhibitors of the fair with the aim of possible future cooperation.
