The textile cluster in the direction of strengthening its capacity in order to more successfully implement the activities and offer better quality services to its members, organized by SIPPO Macedonia, was part of a workshop for the assessment of organizational capacities based on the OCA tool. The training was held on May 17, 2024 with a local expert in the area. The current capacity of the Textile Cluster was assessed in the following areas: service delivery; institutional strengthening (strategy and monitoring and measurement of results); network and collaboration; digitization; and sustainability. After the training, a document was created on the areas that are strengths of the Textile Cluster that should be nurtured and continuously improved, and on the parts that should be subject to changes and improvements, as well as an evaluation of the parts on SIPPO's contribution to changes in capacity.
