Second project meeting of Fashion Employment Hub organized by TTZ-Textile Cluster (June 2, 2022)
In organization with TTZ-Textile Cluster, as a partner in the Fashion Employment Hub project, on June 2, 2022, the 2nd meeting of the FashionEmployment Hub team was held online through the ZOOM platform, with representatives from all 4 project partners.
The project manager from the Textile Trade Association – Textile Cluster, Mrs. Natasha Sivevska, wished all the partners of the project welcome to the second meeting to see the progress in the implementation of the project. At the meeting, all partners presented their current situation and the activities carried out so far. Most of the partners in the previous period focused on the preparation of tender documentation, some of them are in the process of preparing the documentation, some of them are preparing to start the process due to changes in the budget, and some of the partners have already announced some tenders. The lead partner prepared a plan for the communication and dissemination of results, as well as printed and electronic information material. Regarding the Procurement Plan - Table of Expenditures (FLC), the partners discussed what expenses they have incurred so far, how far the tender procedures are, whether they have made
table of expenses and whether they have claimed FLC. They presented the current situation, the agreed amount to date and the deliverables from those agreements, explained the current expenditure forecast and gave an estimated date of the request for FLC and an estimated amount of FLC, as well as an estimated amount for the payments. All partners plan to claim FLC for the reporting period up to July 15. All four partners in the coming period plan to call for tenders for the needs of the realization of the project, and they also gave estimated dates for the realization
of the activities. Part of the training programs will also start in the next period. The anticipated date for the opening of the event in Strumica organized by project partner 4 is mid-September 2022. The next project meeting of the project team will be held in Strumica in
September/October 2022 and the exact date will be agreed between the partners via e-communication
